This is a pulpit share with Community UU Church (CUUC) in Pasco, WA
Unitarian Universalism is a living faith; our theology is proof of that. Many think that to be UU means to believe whatever you want, but that is not really true. Karishma Gottfried will share her experiences growing up UU in Oregon and discerning her own personal theology (re)discovering of our heretical ancestors and a modern embrace of radical religious faith. Host: Jan Apland-Curtis
Karishma (Kari) Gottfried is a young adult raised in the UU Fellowship of Corvallis currently applying to seminary with the intention of Unitarian Universalist ordination. She currently works at Sanctuary Boston as Campus Ministry Organizer and serves our denomination as Covenant and Care Team Co.
