Eastrose Board of Trustees President Katie Norris will lead this discussion about church finances. The final part of this three-part series will be held Sunday, April 6 at noon, where we talk about money at Eastrose. We’ll review the first draft of our budget and discuss the contract with Family Cares Center (see below). The meeting will be in the sanctuary after service.

We’re excited to be exploring a partnership with Family Cares Center to rent out our space for weekly childcare as part of the Preschool for All program. This would help support our mission and provide much-needed income. However, there will be some disruption as they remodel our classrooms and kitchen and we’ll need to adjust how we use the building on weekdays. We’re still evaluating the contract and we’ll discuss this further on Sunday when we review the first draft of our budget. Please join us to learn more and share your thoughts.
