Service Auction

This year’s 2017 Eastrose Live and Sign-Up Auction will be held

3:00 PM to 7:30 PM – Saturday April 22, 2017

Fellowship & Food 3:00 – 5:00 pm
Events Sign-Up 3:00 – 4:45 pm
Live Auction 5:00 – 7:00 pm
Dessert Auction 7:00 – 7:30 pm
Entertainment 7:00 – 7:30 pm
Check-out 7:30 pm

In terms of attendance, this is Eastrose’s premier event.  It is held each spring, and many of the items offered and purchased are themselves  large all-Eastrose events, such as breakfasts, dinners, and tastings!  In honor of Earthday, our theme for this year’s auction is:

While the opportunity to donate services is past, we are still looking for some specific items:

The Service Auction is still looking for contributions of beer or non-alcoholic cider!  Please let any member of the Service Auction Committee know right away if you would be will to donate a six-pack or three.  If you know any vendors who would be willing to donate beer, fill out the following and let them know their donation is tax-deductible:

Finally, if you have signed up to donate items to the Service Auction, we need them by Sunday, April 16!  Please bring them to the Eastrose Administrative Office for temporary storage.
